Digestive Relief Blend

Whether you suffer from loose stool, constipation, or upset stomach, this blend helps to sooth the occasional digestive discomforts. Digestive Relief is a soothing blend of Ginger, Sweet Fennel, Anise Star & Peppermint.
 
Instructions: Pour a quarter size amount of a carrier oil (avocado oil) into your palm and add 5-8 drops of the blend. Rub together and apply above and below the belly button.
